These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Raja Media. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Where a signed proposal or service agreement exists between Raja Media and a client, that agreement takes precedence over any conflicting terms here.
Our services
Raja Media provides online reputation and digital presence management, including Google Knowledge Panel activation, news article placement, Wikipedia biography drafting, WikiFlux listings, in-Wikipedia mentions, social media management, Google Business review management, and IMDb profile creation. Exact scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond to requests for approvals or materials in a timely manner, and use any deliverables lawfully. Delays in providing information or feedback may affect project timelines.
Fees and payment
Current plan pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are billed monthly in advance. Any third-party costs, such as advertising or press placement fees, are quoted and billed separately.
No guaranteed outcomes
Services such as Wikipedia biography approval, Google Knowledge Panel activation, and news or IMDb placements depend on the independent policies, editorial judgment and algorithms of third-party platforms (including Wikipedia, Google, IMDb, and news publications), which we do not control. We work diligently within each platform’s guidelines, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome, ranking, placement or timeline.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to Raja Media unless otherwise stated. Deliverables created specifically for a client become the client’s property once fees for that work have been paid in full, except for our own pre-existing tools, templates and methodologies.
Confidentiality
We treat client information shared with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as set out in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raja Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
